What are the most important factors for an AGV wheel?
1) If you have an experience that used a poor quality AGV wheel before, maybe you know that the wheel tread temperature will increase when the wheel runs at a fast speed, and the wheel tread will break from the core in some extreme cases.
STARDRAWING AGV wheels adopt patented formulated wheel material and unique wheel bonding technology to prevent such unhappy case.

2) The space for a wheel is normally limited under the chassis of the AGV.
We always keep this in our mind. Generally you can find that our wheel with a small swivel radius. This is the point.
3) A sensitive swivel head features an efficient rotating function when in a sharp direction turning. The force from left and
right sides sometimes is bigger than from front and back. A long life service AGV wheel must with a tough and durable swivel head. The structure mechanism inside the raceway is one of the core technologies for a caster wheel manufacturer.
4) High quality is everything for us. We never use a "RECYCLED" bearing in our wheel.
STARDRAWING self-aligning swivel castor wheels are fitted with automatic alignment 180 degrees. The purpose of the self-alignment function is to eliminate free spinning of the swivel castor as the wheel becomes airborne in applications such as AGV trolley/pallet transportation in factories, warehouses, hospitals and more. The castor wheel stays in its intended tracking position, then returns to full swivel function once it makes contact with the ground. There is no need for positioning every single castor wheel. This prevents the castor from becoming jammed when it returns to the ground.

STAR : We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee for such good products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen, international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).

Dear : What is your payment terms of caster ?
STAR : It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for this regular payment manner. 

Dear : What about your lead time ?
STAR : Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.
