Containers are often used as a mobile system for a wide variety of applications. For example: these applications range from simple work station office and equipment storage containers to highly complicated communications, medical and radar unit containers. All of these mobile systems need to be loaded to convey them to their site of use, and then unloaded, moved into place, and levelled to ensure that they work properly that is precisely what our durable and reliable self loading wheel mover systems are built to achieve. This wheel system is connected into the bottom ISO corner castings with the upper beam resting on the corner post of the container. Once attached to the shelter, it is raised for transporting by means of manually operated hydraulic cylinders on the four corner units. Each wheel system comes complete with four corner units with handle bars, connecting rods, steering system, tow bar, and a storage/transportation stand. When connected, it is possible to move containers in all directions.

Our this ISO container moving system makes lifting and transporting an ISO container simple, with just two people required to raise or lower the load with minimum effort. Once the wheels are attached to the lower corners of the shipping container, it can be pushed or pulled (towed) by a suitable vehicle at speeds of up to 10KM/H. This product can also help transport a container into a cargo airplane with its compact body size. Please notice that the wheel system is not suitable for towing on public roads, very uneven roads, and very soft roads. This wheel system does not have its own braking system, so towing is suggested only with tow vehicles that have sufficient weight and braking power for the towed system.
