The design principle is: Wheel rolling, leveling pad up. Leveling pad down, wheel up to avoid a hard adjustment by spanner as the traditional leveling caster.

2) High strength double race way in swivel head, 6 pcs aluminum alloy rivets rotating parts, swivel smoothly, 3 times torque than the traditional one, never rust.
3) Wide foot pedal width 75 mm, easy to stampede. Good slope adaptability.
