STARDRAWING 40T 1.7M ISO Shipping Container Hydraulic Lifting Jack System

This system includes 4 lifting jacks in total. Simple structure ensures convenience and efficiency in operation, save time and cost.
 

 

 

Operation Procedure Overview

1) Well clamp 4 lifting jacks to slots at 4 corner fittings of an ISO container;
2) Connect the power supply, test run and eliminate any abnormalities, adjust the height to the container bottom and connect the steel wire rope;
3) Lift the container roughly 15cm or so above the transporter flatbed through remote control;
4) Remove the container transporter;
5) Lower the container on the ground for loading/unloading and lift back the container to the transporter flatbed.

Main Features

This lifting system consists of 4 hydraulic lifting jacks as 1 set, control cabinet, quick wiring group, remote control and other parts. The maximum lifting capacity of each hydraulic lifting jack is 10T, 40T for 1 set. The 4 lifting jacks can achieve synchronous lifting or single lifting, which fully meets the needs of different situations.

Applications

 

Remote control operation

1) Press ON button to activate remote control
2) Press the PUMP-ON button to turn on 4 hydraulic pump stations
3) Press the ALL button, long press the UP or DOWN button to control A/B/C/D hydraulic cylinders go up or down simultaneously.
4) Press A/B/C/D button, long press the UP or DOWN button to control A/B/C/D hydraulic cylinder to go up or down accordingly.
5) Long press the UP button, then the hydraulic cylinder will extend out and will stop when the button is unpressed.
6) Long press the DOWN button, then the hydraulic cylinder will retract back and will stop when the button is unpressed.
7) Press the PUMP-OFF button to turn off the 4 hydraulic pump stations
8) Press the E-STOP button to disconnect
9) Press the OFF button to stop remote control operation
