Product Description
STARDRAWING 40T 1.6M Hydraulic Lifting Jack System For Shipping Container
1) Well clamp 4 lifting devices to slots at 4 corner fittings of an ISO container;
2) Connect a quick coupling set to each lifting device as per instructions;
3) Connect the power supply, test run and eliminate any abnormalities, adjust the height to the container bottom and connect the steel wire rope;
4) Lift the container roughly 15cm or so above the transporter through remote control;
5) Remove the container transporter;
6) Lower the container on the ground for loading/unloading and lift back the container to the transporter platform.
2) Simple structure ensures convenience and efficiency in operation;
3) No crane/forklift loading/unloading cost.

Wireless Remote Control Operation Procedure
1) Press ON button to activate remote control3) Press the ALL button, long press the UP or DOWN button to control A/B/C/D hydraulic cylinders go up or down simultaneously.
4) Press A/B/C/D button, long press the UP or DOWN button to control A/B/C/D hydraulic cylinder to go up or down accordingly.
5) Long press the UP button, then the hydraulic cylinder will extend out and will stop when the button is unpressed.
6) Long press the DOWN button, then the hydraulic cylinder will retract back and will stop when the button is unpressed.
7) Press the PUMP-OFF button to turn off the 4 hydraulic pump stations
8) Press the E-STOP button to disconnect
9) Press the OFF button to stop remote control operation
